Why no soy Marie? Thanks for your blog! I’ve hit over 300 pounds and must make a change! You are so motivating!
April 18th, 2009 at 6:51 pmI don’t use Soy because I have educated myself about how unhealthy it is. There are plenty of excellent healthy foods available to me.

July 8th, 2009 at 8:09 pmI guess the toughest would be when I first started and was hungry. It takes a bit of time to get used to less calories. I have never missed grains, sugars, milk, potatoes or rice.
It is also sorta hard to remember to use the cronOmeter everyday. It sure makes a difference when I don’t. My calories creep up and I have to restart the hunger again. But, it is all worth it.
Hi, i am very impressed what you done
so far you surpast all diets out there.
I love you blog and I think you should write a book with all your recette
bravo.
thanks with all your compelling motivation.
