I live on Bethel Island, California. A tiny island East of San Francisco on the Delta. I am a Mom, Grandmother, and wife. Married to a Greek American.
We have one kitty, a pure bred American Shorthair.
I am a self employed Dental Technician. I work about 2 hours a day, and love it.
I love making web sites, playing online games, decorating my house, cooking and watching reality TV.
I started gaining weight in my early 50′s. and it has just kept increasing. I never bothered to do much about it, I just didn’t care. Then one day I did care, cared alot I remembered seeing about eating less calories for longer healther life on TV, so I decided to give it a try. I did it on my own, not reading about it first. I know I made huge mistakes with it but I did it anyway. I am now seriously trying to learn the CR lifestyle. I want to live like this forever.
