A New Beginning
Today, September 27, 2007, I decided to start a journal of my goals and food choices. It will be about the food and feelings and of course, weight loss. I am learning CR “Calorie Restriction” and for when I can’t make it through the day, I take a Trimspa Ultra for Women.
I lost 7 pounds since I started calorie counting one week ago. I haven’t gone to bed hungry or wake up hungry and feel great all day. I am surprised and happy about this. One of the worries I had about eating less was the “shakes”, something I had before I started CR, now they are gone.
I started this journey weighing 227 pounds. I have no set goal for loss or how long it will take. I do keep a daily weight chart. I weigh myself everyday, trying to make it the same time everyday. I also weigh myself every night. The first week I discovered I weighed about 5 pounds more at night than early morning, now it is 2 pounds more each night. A strange and wonderful thing.
So far I am pretty confused about CR. I have never weighed food before. It is going to be an interesting journey.
That is really interesting about the evening weigh ins changing from 5 to 2 pounds. So when they talk about eating lighter, it is very literal haha!
