Update
I have been faithfully keeping track of my food choices with the Cron O meter, not going over 1100 calories a day and still the scales didn’t budge for almost 9 days. I am hopeful that today was a break through. I am finally 190.6. Eight days behind my goal.
For now, the new goal for Jan. will be 185. I should be able to manage a 5 pound loss.
Hunger
I have been hungrier than usual around 3 pm so I have reverted back to taking one Hoodia a day. I did this for 3 days, it sure helps me keep on track. Today I was grocery shopping at the hunger time so I had 2 slices of whole wheat bread and an apple. That is 300 calories, I didn’t have that many to spare. Dinner will have to be a bigger portion of veggies and less Mahi Mahi. After writing this I did my day on the Cron O meter and found that I have calories to spare. Happy me. I will have a nice juicy orange later tonight.
I can handle that. I am no longer hungry.
Protein
My protein for today is great and the calories low. A pretty good day.
