Under Covers
Sleeping in does help weight loss. Sunday i got up at 10:am, the scales said 199.4. Monday 8am, 199.6. I know if I could have slept in late again I would show a loss. See, another good reason to stay under the covers. I’m not going to mention the over eating yesterday, it would blow my sleeping in late theory. I did have about 1300 to 1400 calories yesterday. I made Chili Beans and ate one cup too many. Sure was good! Today is payback, I will keep the calories low.

Not a bad day, I might even get to enjoy the new dates I bought last night.
The Greek has started a tad more painting in the bathroom. The blotches are bigger. Maybe he will have it finished in 3 to 4 weeks. I have all the doors, and 4 rooms left to get painted. The entire job may take him 3 or 4 years. Know a good Handyman? Wish I did.
