The scales said 210 even. That is 1.2 pounds gone, if it doesn’t go back up tomorrow. I hit my goal of 1 pound in 4 days. I need to start keeping a food diary. It seems that since I started cooking and not eating frozen entrees my loss is more even. No spikes back up. I attribute this to the 1 cup of beans for lunch. They keep things moving along so wonderfully.
No change in clothing size. I am still wearing the stretch pants and men’s T’s. The one size 16 isn’t as tight but still too tight for an 8 hour day. I used to always wear tight jeans in a size 9. Now tight is just too uncomfortable. The above waist roll is almost gone.
Time for tea and a banana, my supplements and off to work.
I should be done with that big bridge by 10:30.
It is a grocery shopping day again. I am out of fruit and protein. I found a Morton’s butter lemon salmon that is 100 calories a serving and tastes wonderful. Fish and a baked yam. Fantastic. I also want a few nuts for my cabbage salads.
