Ouch my Knee
I am 204.2 this morning, a tiny bit less fat. I don’t look one tiny bit different.
I jumped for a few minutes on the Rebounder last night, just the perfect amount of time to hurt my left knee. A knee that has never hurt before. I think I know what I did wrong. I did a straight leg two foot bounce and didn’t warm up. I also didn’t read the instructions until after I hurt myself. The knee seems pain free this morning so I am going in for more bouncing. This time I’ll do it right. I am not to crazy about the thing in the middle of my family room. It will have to find it’s way to the computer room today.
I found out that I have been chosen to have Thanksgiving dinner here. It’s OK as long as I don’t cook to much food or eat to much. I don’t plan on a dessert, I don’t want any sugar. I’ll let my daughter do the dessert. I don’t eat anything with milk either, so I won’t be having mashed potatoes. I’ll use the Cron o meter on my stuffing recipe to see how much I can have of it. I plan on using whole wheat bread only, with celery, onion and spices. of course.
One the menu today fresh Tuna with Brussel sprouts and 1/2 winter squash, chili beans for lunch and a banana for breakfast. I’ll have one apple and some walnuts for a snack. I couldn’t eat much of the tuna, I had never had it before, it is a taste I need to get to know. I had about 2 ounces or less. I didn’t weigh it. Calories for the day around 1000, nutrients were very good.
