Monday
Monday, Yuk! Still holding the weight, no significant loss since before Thanksgiving. My hips and legs have been hurting to much to use the Re-bounder since Thanksgiving. Standing all day really hurt me. Today seems a bit better, hope to be jumping soon.
On the Menu today:
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 Cups Chili (my Recipe)
- 1 Cup Grapes
- 3 Ounces Wild Salmon
- 1 1/2 Cup Greek Style Green Beans
- 4 Tiny Tangerines
- 1 Ounce Walnuts (14 Halves)
- 2 Dates
1100 calories, I had a great protein day.
I see from using the Cron o meter that I am low in Vitamin K, so I will add a tablespoon or so of Parsley. More than the RDA. Perfect, and I like it.
I have been taking one Trimspa for the past 2 days. I am planning on taking 2 today. I want to see if it helps me as much as it did the first month. I have had thoughts of eating more and actually did eat a slice of Sour Dough bread. I didn’t go over my calories but easily could have. I want that satisfied feeling back, so Trimspa for a few days hopefully with fix it. Today 1 in the morning and early afternoon, after dinner there shouldn’t be a problem, I never eat after 7 anyway.
UPDATE:
It is after 7 and I am full and happy. The Trimspa got me through a rough day. I am feeling very good about it. I plan on not taking any tomorrow just to see how I feel. I do love the slightly hungry, empty stomach feeling late at night, but not during the day. Wonder why?
My new Camera came. Wish I knew how to use it. I am so Camera lame.
