Hanging on
I didn’t reach goal, gained again, really upsetting. I redid goal to 3 pounds this week. 1200 calories is too much for me. I feel bloated and low energy. I am suspecting it is the pre made salty low calorie foods I am popping in the microwave. No more burritos for breakfast. What was I thinking? Those tasteless things are 290 calories. Gone, banished forever.
