Food Chart

I am feeling tired today and have a tickle in throat with a cough.

I plan on starting a more complete food chart, keeping track of calories consumed. I tend to eat the same food for along time, then onto another to repeat this over and over. Some I return to more often than others. Right now it seems to be cabbage and beans. I recall past, broccoli, salad with chicken, hamburger patties, cheese, bread, canned chicken in water. None of these have returned recently. The pasta one didn’t last as long as other. Most lasted about 6 weeks. Right now I can’t get near broccoli and haven’t been able to for about a year. I did the same with most salad greens. I know, I bought some and even fixed it. It got tossed. Just couldn’t eat it.

The cheese and bread had to stop. It was dumb to start with and I knew it. This is hunk of cheese, we could eat a pound a day I don’t even buy it anymore and don’t miss it.

I still have 2 cans of the chicken; the smell that I used to like now turns my stomach. The burger patty is on going; in fact that is what is for dinner tonight. So, I want to keep a chart to see these foods consumed, then left behind. Is it lazy because it’s easier to not come up with new stuff every day or some other cause?

I am about to approach 6 weeks of CR. (calorie restriction). I sure don’t want to stop this. The more I learn about it the better I like it. I makes so much sense to me. I am beginning to understand the concept. I am still not weighing food like I should. I am starting to feel better. I had no idea I felt bad. What a lesson.
