		<description>Hi there!  I work with Brenda!  She told me how much weight you lost (she is very proud of you by the way) and I am going to try it out.  Can you give me pointers?  I&#039;ve actually just started it today, and I&#039;m starting out at 1500 calories a day.  I&#039;ll go down slowly from there.  I&#039;m one of those crash dieters, this way I can still have my cake and eat it too if I really have to.  I&#039;m a sugar junkie, so it&#039;ll take me awhile to wein myself off of it.</description>
