Darn Scales
The scale numbers are dancing around again. Today from 201.8 to 202.6. I’ll take the lower number, of course. I did step on it twice to see if it did 201.8. It did. I don’t want to have to go non digital, I love seeing the tenths. So, until I find a really great scale I’ll stick with the lousy Tanita. I suspect all digital scales have the same problems, so I have read.
On the menu today:
- 1 Banana
- 1 1/2 cups chili beans (my recipe)
- 1/2 cup fruit drink
- Chicken Cacciatore
- Greek Green Beans
- 1/2 whole wheat macaroni
All that and only 1005 calories
Here is my dinner 450 calories. The macaroni really adds up the calories. I used whole wheat for the first time. I like it. I will add it to my food list and serve it once a month.

If you haven’t tried these Cuties, do. They are so good!! There is only 35 calories in 2.6 oz. Clementine Cutie. Have a hand full. I am going to have 2, I will still be under 1100 calories for the day. I love days like this. Full and happy, happy happy.
