Darn Chocolate Bread
I sabotaged my weight loss. There was one loaf of Chocolate bread saying “eat me, eat me“. I did. I gained 1.2 pounds yesterday. Today is payback. I owe 500 calories for that darn bread. So no lunch or snacks today. I plan an early dinner of Salmon and green beans.
There will be no more Chocolate bread for a very long time. I didn’t even enjoy it that much. I had those same bad thoughts as I cut the last pieces of the beautiful round loaf. Eat it and get it out of the house. I used the say the same thing about a gallon of ice cream. That is the first time those thoughts entered my mind in 5 months.
I am very happy I got control of those thoughts before I gained more than one pound. Eating CR there are no foods banned just use common sense and count those calories and protein intake. I choose to not eat sugar, dairy and white flour products. I have never felt better, even today after the sabotage.
Blue Ray
Right now the Greek and my son are putting up the new speakers and receiver for the surround sound. The Blue Ray DVD wouldn’t work with the old Bose system. We bought the receiver to match the TV and Blue Ray. It sure will be nice hearing the new sound. I already like watching movies with the Blue Ray DVD I can only imagine how it will be with surround. We opted to get a 5-1 set up for now. I see no need for the 7-1 yet.
On It’s Way
The IMac is being made right now. I expect it next week. The only problem I can see for now is I won’t be able to network my 2 pc’s right away. The Time Capsule won’t be shipped until later in February. It will be cable juggling for a few weeks. That will give me time to play with the new IMac. I have never used one before. I did buy several books and magazines to get me started. I see no huge problem.
I will get Photoshop, a Wacom, and Dreamweaver next week. I have all old versions on this PC so it will be nice to get the latest upgrades. I think I am looking forward to that more than the IMac.
The desk I am getting for the new IMac is white with drawers. I have to have a bigger desk and with a back on it so I can hide the darn ugly cords. I just can’t stand them. The old printer is going in a closet along with the scanner. The new all in one printer will get center stage on its own stand with drawers for the accessories. I hope to get this guest room/ computer room all straightened out. Right now it is a mess.
