		<description>you have done an amazing job. i read your blog and i can see how you have learned so much and continue to do so. ive been a health seeker for 30 years an im very familiar with raw, i see it as our optimal diet, but 100% is completely not doable for me cuz i sabotage myself trying to be perfect, but i do strive for high raw, aka hallelujah diet- 80% raw and cooked vegan dinner. but my point is ive seen many fat raw fooders and MANY fat hallelujah dieters, that said i dont think there is any way of eating that you can eat as much as you want, unless you just have a great metabolism. that&#039;s why i have added the calorie counting to it. keep up the good work.</description>
