Calorie Restriction on YouTube
I am becoming more influenced by all the great vloggers on youTube. I have joined a gym and workout 3 days a week because of them and today I made and enjoyed my first Green Smoothie for the same reason.
It was fantastic and I look forward to another one tomorrow. I used Red Chard, Spinach, non fat Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, Blueberries, Stevia and water. It was two glasses full and not many calories. I didn’t run it through the cronOmeter yet. I think it was about 150 calories. I have been missing out.
I still haven’t dropped any more weight. Maybe by Monday. I need to lose one pound, I want to be 140 soooo bad. Then of course I will be moaning the same thing for 139. When I get to 137 it will be 90 pounds lost since I started Calorie Restriction. Amazing, see, I amaze myself.
