Age is not just a number
Darn, a gain of 1.2 pounds. I think I know the reason. No detox tea and not enough beans. This will be taken care of today.
I took the Dr. Oz age test . Seems my actual age of 66 is wrong. I am in body age 72.8. I need to get more weight off and fast and add some light exercise. Then there is the teeth flossing, you would think being in the dental field I would know better than to let my teeth get so bad. I think it is because I am ashamed of being overweight and don’t want to be seen. I do have plans of calling one of my clients to get some work done. Of course that is planned at the 190 or less mark, after I am out of this obese range. I have lost 3.3 in the BMI scale. Still have 2.7 to go, about 16 pounds. Hope to get there sometime in December.
Right now I am trying my grandmother’s morning routine. Drink a cup of hot water on an empty stomach. Hope it gets things moving along.
I am going to have a fruit day, again, except for one cup of beans for lunch. I think I over bought on the fruit yesterday. I sure don’t want any to go bad. I am pretty full on about 6 fruits. The one cup of beans will add bulk and protein.
Wow! Grandma’s hot water deal works. I lost 1.2 pounds down the sewer. Think I will add a bit of lemon to the hot water tomorrow.
It has been one year since I hired a cabinet maker to install 2 bathroom cabinets, 2 built inn’s for the bedroom, a broom closet and new door fronts in the laundry room. He called last night, says he is coming to finish the job. He has trim and base molding as well as pantry pull outs to install. One year! I sure hope he finishes it tomorrow.
Tuesday the electrician is coming to finish up his job. I want all new light switches and I have 3 new light fixtures to install.
Next, is the plumber for sink and faucet install? I haven’t had a bathroom sink for months. I need to shop for a mirror, then paint and paint. I have been waiting about 6 months for the Greek to paint the laundry room. It is partially painted with primer. Ugly, Ugly, Ugly. I did buy some wall paint, the Greek put three blotches on the walls. Wonder how long I will be looking at those things.
