A New Weight Loss Goal
I had a pretty bad last month, blaming it on what I thought was a reaction to flax seed. I am now not so certain that was the cause of my pain. So, today I started back on the Flax seed. I ground the seeds in a coffee mill and added them to Cranberry juice. That was my breakfast for today.
My new goal is to be 157 by mid June. If I make it I will have lost 70 pounds since Oct, 07. Sounds like a doable goal to me. I will use the cron o meter to check my nutrients and calories. It will feel so good to get back on track. I have just got to stop eating so darn much fruit. I am still doing great with the CR food. No junk food, no sugar, and no processed foods of any kind. I know I will never have them again and don’t mind one bit. I know how bad they are for me. Plus who needs them, Nobody needs them.
Dr’s Visit
My visit went fine, I was pretty nervous about it. I hadn’t been to a Dr. in years. The last time I went it was suggested that I loose weight, I was 170 at the time. I blossomed to 227 before I took the advice. If I am right, I recall my cholesterol was about 224 with high triglycerides. This time my cholesterol was 186 with normal triglycerides. My blood pressure is perfect 188 over 72. I didn’t ask what the scale said, I didn’t care. I have to trust my scale as being the correct weight. I did weigh my clothes before I went. They weighed in at 2.8 pounds.
I go back to the Dr. for more tests June 16. I hope to hear good news. I know I will. There is nothing wrong with me. I just know it. I feel to good to have anything wrong. I will take the darn tests to prove it.
Back to work
In a panic I had decided to close my business last month. I felt it didn’t have the business to keep it going. It was advertised for sale and even got to the point if was for free. I did some rush work for a fellow lab owner and had my eyes opened. His work was the best I had seen in years and I wanted to do mine as close to his as possible. I am now convinced I can do it and get my work back. The Dr’s have even started sending me work again. I am so darn happy I didn’t get rid of the equipment and that the landlord let me stay even after I gave him notice we were leaving. I have got to stop making these quick calls.
Today things are looking better in all directions. I am feeling great, the Ob/Gyn visit was a plus, and I am only 2 pounds to be out of fat. 150’s here I come! Normal is only 2 pounds away. Then I will work on my CR weight of 10% below average. My guess is that will be 127. Pretty low weight for 5ft 7in., I can do it.

I came across your site a few days ago and just downloaded the CRON-O-Meter for my Mac and though i haven’t used it yet i can already tell that it’s going to be a vital tool the success of my CRON habits and life style.
