A New Beginning
Today I decided to start a journal of my goals and food choices. It will be about the food and feelings and of course, weight loss. I am learning CR “Calorie Restriction” and for when I can’t make it through the day, Trimspa.
I lost 7 pounds since I started calorie counting one week ago. I didn’t go to bed hungry or wake up hungry.
I started this journey weighing 227 pounds. I have no set goal for loss or how long it will take. I do keep a daily weight chart. I weigh myself everyday, trying to make it the same time everyday.
So far I am pretty confused about CR. I have never weighed food before. It is going to be an interesting journey.
