Fructose, just say “No”
Back to 202.8. The scale was unstable again. It swings about 3 pounds up then down each time I step on it. I step on it about 5 times each am and pm. Now I am convinced it needs to go. I’ll need to do more research for a bathroom scale. My toe is hurting from the frustration, good thing the scale isn’t in a fixed position.
Today I am adding another supplement. I want a chart of what I need and how much. I know I need to add a few that I see short when I do the cron o meter. I will add Zinc, Folic Acid and Vitamin C today.
I watched a TV program about Corn last night. Corn=bad for humans good for cars.
I have tried to not buy anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. We all know to stay away from artificial sweeteners of all type, same goes for high fructose corn syrup. Sugar turns to fat in the body! There should be a warning sign on every label with it in it. I think it is also addictive. One fantastic side effect of doing CR, there is not sugar cravings, NONE. If I eat the right food with high nutrients I don’t want those awful sweets, the smell alone turns me off. Dates, fruits, and nuts are my snacks. Today I couldn’t find dinner rolls that didn’t have fructose in it. I wanted a bread my Grandson will eat. I buy a sprouted wheat bread that doesn’t have fructose for us. I finally found some frozen dinner rolls without the darn poison in it.
On the menu today:
- 2 oranges
- 2 cups black grapes
- Halibut 5 oz’s
- Fresh Spinach, Greek style 1 cup
- Walnuts 14 halves
- 4 dates
- Cranberry/Apple/Blueberry drink
