I have not been using the cronOmeter has much as I like. It shows too, my weight loss has stalled. I am not sure if it is because of me changing my eating habits again or exercising and gaining muscle weight.

I am doing pretty good with the raw during the day routine combined with Calorie Restriction. I read that when eating raw I shouldn’t need to count calories, this just isn’t so for me. I need to know not only the calories but the nutrients in my food as I am still no informed enough [...]
