I sabotaged my weight loss. There was one loaf of Chocolate bread saying “eat me, eat me“. I did. I gained 1.2 pounds yesterday. Today is payback. I owe 500 calories for that darn bread. So no lunch or snacks today. I plan an early dinner of Salmon and green beans.

I have been faithfully keeping track of my food choices with the Cron O meter, not going over 1100 calories a day and still the scales didn’t budge for almost 9 days. I am hopeful that today was a break through. I am finally 190.6. Eight days behind my goal.
