Sauerkraut
I just might be the only person living here that loves Sauerkraut. I cooked a jar of it tonight with 3 lean, loin pork chops. It was soooooo good. The Greek most likely won’t eat his portion. I am hoping for leftovers tomorrow.
The day was very good CR wise for me.

Neighbors Grr!
It happened, we knew it would, it did take 2 years. We now have neighbors. We couldn’t be more disturbed. Why do people have to have so many cars and park them in the narrow street? Why do people think that leaving a porch light on all night long is a good thing? We live in pretty tight situation, like most of California. Our kitchen window used to have a great sunset view as well as the Golf Course, now it is there crap laden deck and that awful porch light. We ordered some plantation shutters for the window, that will take care of the darn light. I bought a huge planter box that will be filled with Cypress tomorrow. That should take care of the ugly car parked in front. We still have the wonderful view along the front of our house as well as the back. The front is the 15th hole of an old Golf Course. We will still see sunsets just not out the kitchen window, darn. Now, if we could just do something about the junk they came with. Crap all over the place. Good thing there are rules about crap here. We will give them one week to clean it up then start making complaints.
Paint
The bathroom is painted, not the door, molding or window sills but I have an almost painted bathroom. I am getting the same wall color for the bedroom tomorrow. I found some good looking shelving that seems perfect for the room. I want the 36″ shelf in black.
Weight
The weight is dropping slowly, I have lost 4 pounds this month. The goal is still 10 by January 1. Since there won’t be any big dinners here I should be able to do it. January 1 is the day we exchange gifts and have a Crab Feed. We all look forward to it. Christmas day the Greek and I plan on going to a Casino if we can find a smoke free one, or one that doesn’t make me sick from to much smoke. I love playing slot machines, what a great place to spend a day that has no meaning to me but does for plenty of others. The Casino should be full of people that think just like me.
